Terms
These terms cover your use of the Radian website, your Radian account, the locked Cloud agent preview, and the separate public beta list. Additional terms may apply when subscriptions, Cloud execution, or the desktop app launch.
The website
The site is provided for information about Radian and is offered as is, while the product is being built. Features described here are in active development and may change, ship later, or not ship at all. We do not guarantee the site is always available or error-free.
Your account
Registration is open. You may create an account with Google, GitHub, or an email and password. You must provide accurate information, verify your email when asked, keep your sign-in methods secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
An account does not itself include a paid Arc subscription or Cloud agent entitlement. The Agents page currently shows a locked product surface. Arc Pro, Max, and Ultra are intended to include Cloud access; the applicable pricing and service terms will govern once checkout and delivery are available.
Authentication providers
Account authentication is provided through Hanko. If you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, your use of that provider is also subject to its terms. We may suspend or require re-verification of an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, Radian, or the service.
The beta list
Joining the beta list means we may email you about Radian beta releases and updates. It is separate from account registration, does not add marketing consent to your account, and does not guarantee access to a paid or capacity-limited feature. You can leave the list using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, or related systems. Do not automate registrations, misuse OAuth flows, impersonate another person, submit someone else's details without their consent, or use the service in violation of law or another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The Radian name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us. Product and company names referenced on the site, such as the coding agents Radian runs with, belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this pre-launch website or preview. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending your account
You can delete your Hanko identity from the account page. Account deletion does not automatically unsubscribe a separate beta-list record. We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms, subject to applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Radian launches account, subscription, Cloud, and desktop features. The date above reflects the latest version. Questions: hello@withradian.com.
