Radian is a tiny European team building the desktop for agentic coding: one calm workspace with Radian's built-in agent plus 29 integrated external agents (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, Copilot, Grok, Cline, and more), a full agent directory, and Arc, sovereign access to open models on European infrastructure. We are pre-launch, which means the foundations are being poured right now.

How we work: small, senior, high-trust. Everyone builds. We are based in Europe and remote-friendly, and we care more about craft than process. When in doubt, remove.
